IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

SHOWROOM tickets are for special showcase vehicles ONLY! Showroom vehicles will be competing for awards (listed below). PLEASE be aware once parked in the showroom, your vehicle cannot leave until the event is over. VIP vehicles will not be in the showroom but in the front of the property directly in front of the showroom and will also compete in awards as well. SCORING PARTICIPATION tickets are for vehicles in general show parking that would still like to enter for awards. These tickets will still be available during the event. PLEASE speak to a staff member if purchasing your ticket at the event.

Upon purchase of your SHOWROOM, VIP, or SCORING PARTICIPATION ticket, please email media@republiccarclub 3-5 photos of your vehicle with a brief description of your build, following with (if applicable) your social media handles (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc).

All VENDORS email media@republiccarclub the service your vendor provides, following with your phone number for ease of contact.
